My Diabetes Story
I had no family history of diabetes, so it came as a shock when I started losing weight unexpectedly after initially gaining some. Tests confirmed I had diabetes, with an HbA1c between 7.0 and 7.5. I was put on 1000 mg of medication, which I continued for seven years.
Over time, I developed more health issues—high BP, migraines, IBS, early thyroid symptoms, and even kidney concerns. As my work responsibilities increased, these problems began to affect my quality of life.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
The turning point came during the COVID-19 lockdown. While everything slowed down, I found a new direction. I read Dr. Pramod Tripathi’s book and was so inspired that I traveled to Pune to meet him. That meeting changed everything—I joined the annual HTP program.

Reversal Story
I joined the FFD program and committed fully to its four pillars—Diet, Exercise, Inner Transformation, and Medical Support. Within just a month, I became completely medicine-free—not only for diabetes, but also for blood pressure and migraines. My thyroid and kidney issues stabilized, and even my IBS came under control with the new lifestyle and dietary changes.
One of my biggest challenges was protein intolerance, which made standard gym diets hard to follow. But I stayed disciplined and built a fitness routine suited to my needs. I began regular weight training at the gym, avoided cardio due to IBS, and added swimming for active recovery and stamina.
In six months, I lost around 12–13 kg of fat and later gained 2–3 kg of lean muscle through strength training. My transformation wasn’t just physical—it was deeply emotional and mental too.
The Inner Transformation sessions, especially the GSA Sandwich Method, helped me break subconscious blocks and build mental resilience. Meditation became a daily habit, keeping me calm, focused, and grounded.
Now, My HbA1c consistently stays between 5.2 and 5.3. I live a medicine-free, energetic life with mental clarity and purpose.
